            • Advise customers on latest trends.

            • Responsible for maintaining customer walk-in database and updating.
            • Responsible for handling cash and depositing it in the bank.

            Job Description
            • The key performance area will be store sales, compliance to brand in store visual merchandising, maintaining cost and stockless control, people management and development and compliance to in-store administration.
            • Deliver high levels of motivation and development to a diverse team whose first language is not English whilst ensure individual and store compliance with all company regulations and procedures.
            • Decide on store layout, stock positioning, visual enhancement, availability management. Recommend brand feedback, customer requests, and in-store promotions.
            • Drive highest possible standards of in-store visual impact. Apply and maintain guidelines and standards for visual presentation and store appearance.
            • Decide form of implementation of stockless controls; recommend areas of focus and changes in processes used within the store.
            • Promote the highest standards of in- store training including weekly communication, daily de-briefs, product knowledge and on the job coaching. Promote a positive learning environment within the store.
            • Should ensure that the store is fully compliant with all required administrative procedures according to company guidelines.
             
            5. HR MANAGER
            ProfileHR Manager
            Experience Minimum 10 - 15 years experience with at least one in a MNC. Experience of managing a large team within the GCC. Experience within the Retail Fashion industry will be highly regarded; however other industry experience is welcome.

            • Reporting directly to the Chief Human Resource Officer you will act as a strategic business partner to achieve corporate and operational objectives.
             
            6. Application Developer
            ProfileSkills & Experience:
             
            • Software Development Experience of minimum 4 years in following technologies: VB and VB Dot Net, Web based Technology
              Server Technology: ASP.NET, AJAX.
              Client Technology: HTML, Java Scripts/VB Scripts.
            • Good Communication Skills so as to interact with the business users for requirement.
            • Good Analytical skills. Should be able to work independently.
            • Good Knowledge and working experience on SQL Server 2005 and above and Oracle 10G and above
            • Knowledge on Data Warehousing concepts would be of advantage.
            Experience Minimum 4 years. Exposure to Retail Environment highly preferred.
            EducationGood Knowledge of Movex and its functionality including Database structure Knowledge of Cognos, Reportnet

            Job Description
            • Support to Business users in regard to in house developed application and Movex.
            • Interaction with business users for requirement gathering.
            • Development: 60% and rest being support and trouble shooting.
            • Support to remote users (Stores).
